Apple Wallet Stopped Adding Tickets

So I use the Apple wallet regularly with season tickets to college footballs, basketball, baseball. I also have my credit cards and other passes.

Two nights ago, I went to add three tickets to Michael Carbonaro. It added the first one, then nothing else. Today I went to add baseball tickets (using the ticket email and the Add to Wallet specifically for this event) and it only wants to add the now expired Carbonaro ticket, still only one.

I went in and deleted all expired tickets, about 68. Static passes and cards stayed. I rebooted the phone and watch. Still the same thing. Any ideas? I had to print the tickets for today's game.

BTW, all of the tickets, even Carbonaro are all through the college ticket office (ETSU).

Definitely weird...

Eg: There have been security updates included in some of the recent versions

About iOS 15 Updates

Wondering too, if the college ticket office (ETSU) remains up-to-date and compatibie with Wallet

Else you m might want to check Apple's wallet requirements are being met,

or try another Apple method of adding the tickets.

I may be wrong:

However, because of the difficulty you experienced in adding the tickets to Wallet,

it may seem to the ticket-seller you are trying to download your tickets more than once.

Seems you may need to explain, and ask for the e-mail to be re-sent ?

My iPhone and Apple watch are up to date, iPhone is running 15.4.1.

I will look over the other links you supplied. I have no way of knowing if the college is up to date on their Apple Wallet tickets, but I'll try asking.

OK the one tip above, I could not get it to be added to Wallet. I opened the tickets on my laptop and tried scanning the barcode with my iPhone camera. Did nothing. I screenshot the barcode and tried adding that to Apple Wallet. No option to do that.

Now when I open the email with the tickets which has the icon 'Add to Apple Wallet,' I get the following error in Safari:
