May I know any way I can resolve this issue? I can't log out from my apple id account because of copying iCloud data is taking too long. I did restart my phone a few times but it is still the same. I want to change to another apple id but when I left it overnight also the copy isn't finished.

Looks like you have to check Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
