Couldn’t Communicate with Helper Ap

I can’t seem to moves files from iCloud or my iPad to Google Drive. This error

“Couldn’t Communicate with Helper Ap” pops up all the time.

Can't get large files in and out of iCloud and the Files app "Upload Error" that's all I see lately. Internet connection is solid, files used to upload just fine, all of a sudden all multi GB files just say "Waiting..." for about a minute and then "Upload Error". In this case 4.46GB file, have 10GB free on the iPad, 8GB free in iCloud. My next thought is export the file from Files into Amazon Drive or Dropbox. The progress bar is so slow it looks like it'll take an entire day despite my 50Mbps internet connection. But any export like this isn't a background task, it's a foreground can't turn off the screen or switch apps kinda thing or it'll stop. Next through, get the files out of the file share section of iTunes to my laptop and send them where I need to from there. What? The FILES app doesn't share FILES in the FILES section of iTunes? Who decided that crucial feature of a file sharing app wasn't needed?

Unable to delete iCloud files on PC (invalid handle error) Hello. I'm running iCloud for PC (10.9.3) on Windows 10 (build 18363). I am using iCloud to sync PC files with iCloud to access them from iPhone and iPad. I can delete, move and otherwise manipulate the files on iPhone and iPad. If I try to delete them on my PC, however, I receive an invalid handle error (screenshot attached). Basically, if I want to delete PC files synced with iCloud, I have to do it from my iPhone. It's an issue I can work around except for the fact that a number of temporary (*.tmp) files are being generated and can't be deleted. I've used prior issues of iCloud for PC where this hadn't happened. Hopefully this issue will be fixed in a future release. Thoughts?

iOS Files App not syncing with OneDrive App my Files app is not syncing with my OneDrive App. It gives me an unknown error. Sometimes the Files app doesn’t even open the OneDrive folder.
