WHITE SCREEN Swipe up to recover

I put my phone in recovery mode and updated. After removing from recovery mode it has a white screen that says "swipe up to recover". Doing this takes me back to passcode screen, and then for it to say "attempting to recover data". After a while it says "data recovery Failed"

So we are on the same page, why did you put your iPhone in recovery mode to update to begin with? Were you having issues with your iPhone?

You will need to restore your iPhone, using these steps:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Then you can restore from a backup, using these steps:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
