I can see the blue dot so I know it is charged but when I play the sound to find the airpods, only the right one sounds. I am clicking on the left one but nothing happens. I know it is in the house because I just used it yesterday to run & it was fully charged upon my return.
I've tried everything, I've sounded them in the case, out, with the case open, closed, I've rebooted my phone.
Its driving me crazy cause I know it is here.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Try muting the right AirPod, then testing again. You can do that from Actions > Play Sound. Do you have both, one or neither AirPod in hand when this happens? If your AirPods or AirPods Pro are separated from each other, you see only one location at a time on the map. Find the AirPod or AirPod Pro that you see on the map, and put it in its case. Check out Find your lost AirPods - Apple Support.

Where is Actions > Play Sound? I can't find it. I do not have the left airpod. The map shows them together, but obviously they are not together. I just tried again & it only plays sound for the right one still. I click on Left & nothing happens it just keep playing sound in the right. This is so frustrating, its my 2nd set that I've lost one of. I will not be buying anymore when the features to find them don't even work.
When I open the case near the phone it does not show me the battery life either & I think it has to do with the missing pod cause I've tried everything.
I also just tried the find my airpod again with the one I have in the open case but it does not work.
