Restore photos from SIM card on new phone.
My nana got a new phone and we don’t know how to restore the photos from the iCloud.

My nana got a new phone and we don’t know how to restore the photos from the iCloud.
An iPhone does not store photos or any other data on a SIM card.
If she had iCloud Photos turned on in the old phone, she can turn it on in the new phone and the photos will automatically sync with it. See: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
If not sure whether it was on, log into www.icloud.com and go to the Photos app there. If there are photos there, they are iCloud Photos.
If she did not have iCloud Photos turned on in the old phone, but does have an iCloud Backup, she can use the backup to setup the new phone (and may want to do that for data other than photos even if her photos are in iCloud Photos).
