I have an iPhone 13 which would not shut down at all I tried everything and it will not shut down it is still freezing on the outlook app (the starting logo) and I can receive notification But I cannot open any other app I only can slide to the notifications center. Now when I try to click the power button and the sound button either it takes screenshots or it turns the SOS
