Unable to delete guide from Apple Maps

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! To be sure we're on the same page, are you removing the locations from the guide with the steps found in the article Organize places in My Guides in Maps on iPhone:

1. "Tap your picture or initials at the top right of the search card, then tap Guides.
2. If you don’t see your picture or initials, tap Cancel next to the search field, or tap the search field, then tap Cancel.
3. Choose a guide that you created.
4. Tap Edit at the bottom of the guide card.
5. Make your changes, then tap  at the top right of the guide card."

These steps walk you through removing locations within a guide. If you've already tried these steps, we recommending ensuring your software is updated on both devices. Should the issue persist, contact Apple Support for further assistance.
