Apple Reminders Slow to Sync

I have found that Apple Reminder is very slow to sync.

I will check off items in the morning on my iPhone 13 running 15.4.1 and when I get in to work 30 minutes or more later, I find that the same items are showing uncompleted on the MacBook Pro running Monterey 12.3.1 that I use at work.

This is annoying and makes want to look for a substitute app.

Reminders problem after upgraded to IOS 13 Hi, I am currently using MacBook Pro, iPad Pro and iPhone 11 pro. I just found that after upgraded to IOS 13, there are some problems in sync the reminders between MacBook, iPad and iPhone. There is no problem in between iPhone and iPad but the record are months ago (not up to dated). However, it can't be sync to MacBook which is the most updated one. Before upgrading to IOS13, there is no problem with all of my devices.

Reminders on iPhone are no longer syncing with Mac Pro... I have a Mac Pro running Mac OSX 10.14.6, and an iPhone 8 running IOS 14.3. I have Reminders in the Reminders App on the iPhone which despite setting up the devices to center on my iCloud account, do not sync up with the Reminders App on the Mac Pro. I've scoured the forums which basically suggest that I make certain everything is point towards the iCloud account. Note: This only occurred when Apple made the switch in how Reminders were being handled... What am I doing wrong?

Let’s isolate. Do you find that the same situation happens in reverse when syncing from your Mac to your iPhone? If you check the iCloud website, do the reminders being completed sync there even if they aren’t showing on your Mac as complete? How long after you wake/power on your Mac do you notice the sync catches up?
