Regarding activity on my Apple Watch, will my friends be able to see my personal info?

On the activity on my Apple Watch, will my friends be able so see my personal information? Height, weight, etc?

Apple watch The last couple of days I haven’t been able to see my friends activity through my watch, I can see it on the app on my phone though! Also did a workout this morning and it hasn’t logged it on my watch as a workout! i have tried signing out of my iCloud and back in and also tried airplane mode etc, Any help would really be appreciated, Thanks
