According to many posts, the watch was supposed to have arrived with at least some charge; that's wrong in this case. It's charging now - and has been for 45 minutes - but it still won't turn on or even display how much it is charged... is this right? How long should I have to charge it before I even get the chance to turn it on? This is frustrating! Thanks.

Try Force Restarting your Apple Watch: Hold down the Digital Crown and Power Button for at least ten seconds until the Apple logo appears.
You can also visit If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support to see if that has any tips.
If it still doesn’t work, visit Apple Support to see if you can get a replacement or if they can solve it.

It is also possible that you didn’t remove the plastic packaging from the charger. Check that as well.
I'll have to call support because even after force restarting, nothing happens. Thanks.
