Trying to boot MBP it keeps restarting 1/2 way

Please help.

‘I can’t start my MBP after a split second power. Outage we recently had. It acts like it wants to start and gets halfway through and just reboots itself. I can’t access the net or any of my external drives. I did do a ha hardware check and it appears to be ok. I can’t remember how to zap the PRAM or any other key combination that might be helpful. I don’t even remember what key to hold to start up from the original startup disk.

How to reset the SMC of your Mac

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac

It is suggested the User perform the above actions 3 times consecutively ( Bong 1, Bong 2, Bong 3 ) and release the keyboard combination.

If use a Bluetooth Keyboard, also suggest using a Wired USB KB as it is more reliable in this Specific Instance

Holding the C key at startup will only attempt to boot into the Original Installation Media this computer Originally Came with as New.

Holding the S key will attempt to start the computer in Safe Mode

Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Sometimes a Safe Boot followed by a Normal Boot will just put things right.

3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?
