Late 2012 retina mbp won’t boot
I was given a late 2012 retina mbp 13. I’m not even sure what version of OS X it’s running because it gets a third of the way through the progress bar when it tries to boot and then shuts off. I have tried booting into recovery and it does the same thing. I tried network recovery boot and got there but while the cursor will move around on the screen, it’s clicks aren’t recognized so I can’t even get to disk utility…or reinstall the is …or anything else for that matter. Yes, I tried using the tab key but it will only highlight certain things. It will highlight the continue button but hitting enter does nothing. So I started up in single user mode and this is a picture of what I got before it shut back down again. I hope someone here can help me with this…any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
