Spilled vape juice on my laptop. How boned am I?

Have an M1 2020 Macbook Air, for reference. Purchased November of last year, so I'm pretty upset.

So yesterday afternoon I spilt a small, but not insignificant, amount of vape juice on the left side of the keyboard of my Macbook - maybe a tablespoon or a little less. (Propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, nicotine salts, and flavoring compounds are the main components of that.) I wiped the spill off the keyboard within 5-10 seconds, then removed the affected keys and cleaned thoroughly underneath them as well. I have not opened the computer up to clean underneath, as I'm a little intimidated by opening it up. It does seem like there's some underneath the keyboard, but again, I haven't opened the machine up.

I have not noticed any performance issues since the incident, but I'm still pretty concerned. This is basically a brand new laptop, and I saved up for a very long time to afford it. Has anybody done this before? Will the machine survive?

Thanks in advance.

For what it's worth even if you purchased AppleCare+ they wouldn't do anything unless and until that Mac stops working for reasons that could be completely unrelated to any liquid damage.

As IdrisSeabright wrote time will tell. There's no use worrying about something you can't do anything about anyway. You could live every day dreading your Mac will suddenly stop working, or you can just forget about it and enjoy life.
