Silence unknown callers issue?

Hello, I’ve used the silence unknown callers features for a long time and love it. However, starting about a month ago, people calling that are in my contact list are getting sent straight to voicemail as if they’re an unknown number. I’ve checked all my other settings and they’re fine. I finally figured out this feature was the issue because as soon as I turned it off, I started receiving calls from my contacts like normal. I have an iPhone SE and I’m on OS 15.4.1. Any thoughts? Thank you
