bought a new apple watch se from amazon and it has charged for three hours and have never seen a lightning bolt or anything on the watch face. It is blank. Help Please!

Return it for a refund and then buy another one.
I tried everything in the directions that were sent to me and nothing seems to happen. Nothing appears on the screen no matter what I try. I am using the charging cable that came with the watch and I have a brand new USB-C port that has lit up and works. Any other suggestions? Thank you
