Ipod classic 120gb shows 0kbused 0kbfree

Hei. I have some questions regarding Ipod classic. I've brought one used, here in Norway. Not from etsy.

When I received it, it seem to be working just ok. I connected it to my computer and some window utomatically popped up, wanting me to format the ipod, so I did. And once done, it connected to itunes and wanted me to restor the ipod, i did that too. Everything seemed ok. I uploaded some music and videos. It said that it all synchronized and the movies and songs were there. I ejected the ipod and unplugged it from the computer. When I went to the music to see how everything was in the ipod, it said empty. Same goes with the movie. Everything was empty. Though when I looked to settings and "about" the storage says 111 gb free. So there are some files in the ipod but isn't showing up.

I tried to reboot the ipod just as I saw on YouTube. But then the stage says 0 kb used 0 kb free.

Been trying to reboot the whole thing but it would not read the ipod. As if the ipod's disk is gone.

I tried to connect my other children's other ipods and everything seems to work just fine. Just this recently ipod classic I bought that isn't working...

Any tips?

I wanted to give this one to my daughter, please help!! :(

Going to upload some photos so you can see.
