iCloud says that there is not enough storage to backup iPhone. However, I have only 11,6 Gb/50 Gb used. I have excluded all big data (photos, music, video) from iCloud backups, so there should be plenty of storage left. Any ideas what causes the error message?
I have iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15.4.1.

OK, now I got it! The size of next backup is 45,3 Gb and storage left is 30 Gb. My blunder was that in Settings > my name > iCloud > Photos > iCloud photos was OFF and I thought that Photos are excluded from backups. But when I (for the first time, thanks to your advice) checked ‘Next Backup Size’, it was 45,3 Gb and it included Photo Library (27,44 Gb). I had the notion that photos are not backed up, but I was wrong.

Let’s start by looking at how big the backup is. These steps are also laid out in this article - If you can't back up to iCloud
On your iPhone that can be done in Settings > your name > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups > This iPhone. It’s going to take it a couple minutes to calculate everything. What you’re looking for is the ‘Next Backup Size’. Is it larger than the space you have available in iCloud?
