Ipad passcode
i just bought my ipad and it is asking for a passcode. I want to factory reset my ipad, but when i follow the steps to restore it, the device doesn't show up in itunes. I just downloaded itunes for the first time and have never sync'd my ipad, is that why it isn't showing up? how else can i factory reset my ipad on my pc?
