Got new ipad but not receiving verification email
Hello,
Just got a new ipad. After the the touch screen not working, and the glass plastic cover falling off, finally it works, but last problem is we do not get a verification email. So can still not use the ipad. Tried to resend the code many times. But nothing in junk folder etc. Email works fine.
Could you please take a look at it. Bit annoying start of a new product. Not sure where to contact apple.
