So basically I want to add the attachments that I need to events in my Calendar app, but I'm not sure whether it takes up space in my iCloud too since its not even listed as something that takes up space. Does anyone have an answer?
If you are syncing the calendar to iCloud, the attachments will sync, and use up iCloud storage. My Calendar syncing doesn't show that it takes up any space, but if there is data syncing, it is using some space.

If you're attaching to an iCloud email account, then yes, it will take up space.
