I changed my cell phone carrier fro Verizon Wireless to Spectrum using a SIM card and now my iphone does not work for calling out...only receiving calls. Any suggestions?

Thank you for responding. We know Apple is not a cellular provider, but my iPhone doesn't seem to want to "take" the correct "Network" name or ICCID number under "primary" on my iPhone. And, Spectrum doesn't know how to fix this issue.
Thank you again for the quick response and links. I should just mention that this is a new 13 Pro iPhone I purchased in April. And, when I was using Verizon Wireless without a SIM card, it worked beautifully. I live in Telluride and the nearest Apple store is 2 1/2 hours away. More thoughts please?
They are unable to help me. They suggested it as an Apple problem. Ugh.

What exactly is the Apple problem which they suggest? Apple is not a cellular provider.
