Can I set a Mac Mail rule to highlight a mailbox?

I set up a mailbox to which emails from a certain sender are automatically sent. This works fine. I would like to set up an additional rule that somehow highlights the mailbox itself when a new email arrives in it. That is, some sort of visual indication next to the mailbox's icon in the sidebar that it contains a new email. Is there a way to do this?

BTW, is there an Apple Discussions topic on Mac Mail? I couldn't find it.

Create a smart mailbox with this criteria:

Any new email that comes in will appear in this mailbox and the name of the mailbox will be in the header is you use this layout:

Once read the email will not be displayed in the smart mailbox but will remain in its destination mailbox. If deleted from the smart mailbox it will be deleted from all mailboxes.
