Cannot sign into iCloud on Windows 11

I get the error message "Your Apple ID or password is incorrect" even though both are correct. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have refreshed the Microsoft Store, re-downloaded the app, and tried.


The laptop is using Windows 11 Professional and has all updates installed. I have followed all suggestions without resolution.
