nothing... like the problem was not fixed after the force restart or the phone did not restart?

If the phone did not restart, then I suspect you may not have performed the procedure correctly..

• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

you're just repeating what's in your original post.. did you click on the link I provided and follow those instructions? You don't need to swipe on the screen to do a force restart
