Time machine backup

trying to access my photos from within time machine backups but am not seeing the photos. Any suggestions?

A Time Machine backup should not be relied on to safeguard any photo content;

ideally your Photos and similar content would be contained on separate backups.

Especially avoid the idea of partitions on the same external storage, where Time

Machine saves backups. That's because Time Machine has been known to overrun

that partition, and record system backups over the other content partition, in there.


A 'time machine backup' eventually will overwrite and acquire all the storage space.


When they were not saved, they would not appear. You could try 'file utility' such as

"Find Any File," by T. Tempelmann ~ to look to see IF those photos may be found.
