Using too much Mobile data
My iPhone 7 Plus is using too much mobile data ever since it was updated, the flashlight stopped working also

Is Cellular Enabled?:
Go into Settings, and see if Cellular is enabled (green)
Restore from a Backup:
Restore your old iPhone from a backup that you made prior to this update.
Learn to Back Up:
If you have no backup of your iPhone, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always backup your devices, every-so-often. That way, you and recover from the backup should anything like this go wrong in the future.
