I dont have access to anything Apple and I have been getting charged for many months and I don't know how to cancel or stop the charges.

My grandchildren some time ago connected me to Apple TV. I have been trying to cancel this subscription but fail when it asks for my Apple ID. If I have one I don't know what it is.

How do I stop the monthly charges and cancel my subscription?
