iPhone 13 issue

My phone keeps randomly restarting itself and has been having issues with staying connected to any wifi network and Bluetooth. How can I fix this or what should I do?

Restarting by itself is not a good sign.

Since your device is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
