I cannot get my Mac back from Genius bar
I left my Mac to Madrid Puerta del Sol store Genius bar for a simple battery replacement. After some time, they sent me an email they needed "more" time for the repair.
Because I need to go to another country, I asked it back with or without battery replacement. However, Apple simply cannot reach the company they outsource the repairs. Madrid store do not answer their phones, either. I went to the store. They told me they would update me. It turned out to be lie, too as noone has called. I reached out to English speaking people in Dublin, they tried to reach out to MAdrid apple store. Even Apple people could not reach the store.
So now, my Mac is in a repair center in Madrid (God knows where), I am going to Germany. I ask my back but they do not give me yet continously lie to me about non existing updates.
My question is: Are there anyone else I can reach? I simply want my Mac back or a new one if they cannot give it back and forget all the incompetence and lies. What else can I do?
