My account is disabled

When I tried to put my own card information onto the App Store and onto my phone in settings it told me that my account was disabled. I’m not sure why but it happened after I tried to remove the previous card and enter new information. Is there a way to fix this? I’m trying to get more storage onto my phone but it won’t let me buy it.
