How to force the AirPod Pro to turn on without the charging case?

Here is the case and maybe (hopefully) a good idea for a firmware upgrade 🤷🏻‍♂️.

I have removed my AirPods Pro from its case and put on my pocket and left my house, the iPhone has the Bluetooth off by then, which after a couple minutes it triggered the AirPods to turn off. Now I’m away from my case and I decided to turn on Bluetooth on my iPhone and connect with the AirPods but there’s no way to turn the AirPods on without the case. What should I do?

Maybe a fix to make them idle rather than powered off ? Or adding a wake up button function on the stem?
