Hello Larryfromjackson,

Does this happen when you attempt to print from any website or a specific webpage? Are you taking these steps to print the content: Print or create a PDF of a webpage in Safari on Mac - Apple Support and Set printing options for paper size, paper feed, and more on Mac - Apple Support

Print or create a PDF of a webpage in Safari on Mac

When printing or creating a PDF of a webpage, you can include its background image and color, and show the web address and date in headers and footers.

1. In the Safari app  on your Mac, choose File > Print.

2. Click the options pop-up menu (in the separator bar), choose Safari, then set the webpage printing options.

If you don’t see the options pop-up menu in a separator bar to the right of the page preview, click Show Details at the bottom of the Print dialog.

To create a PDF of the webpage, click PDF at the bottom of the dialog, then choose what you want to do with the PDF.

A good way to test this further would be to try and print the same webpage from another device. Does it print the images within the page correctly?

Hoping to hear how it goes, take care.

Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately I don't have Webpage printing options in the printer dialog. FWIW, if I save to PDF from the Safari file list I have the same problem, so I think it has to be a Safari problem (and not a printer problem).

Hopefully you or someone else will have another idea that I can apply to fix this very annoying problem!
