Has anyone had any idea whether I can open multiple books or PDFs on iPad? Unfortunately, Preview is not available on iPad.
Also, I use Firefox Extensions for many purposes but unfortunately, Apple does not let us use iPad as a substitute for MacBook. Anyone has any idea how to use Mozilla Firefox extension on iPad Pro?
The ONLY Web browser that can use add-on extensions is the iOS version of Safari.
Safari extension can be found in the iOS App Store . Some are free. Some you have to pay for.
There are NO Web browser extensions for any other third party Web browsers for iOS.

iPadOS has multitasking panels.
In most cases you can open two or three apps at one time and can open multiple instances of the same app to open different items within the same app.
Currently, NO iPad is NOT a replacement for a full feature laptop or desktop computer.

I know how to use the split view and the fact that you can open the same app on two different tabs but unfortunately, it does not work with iBooks. So you can’t open two different books on iBooks in a split view. It is a shame that we do not have access to preview on iPad!! Apple just wants to force customer to buy MacBook for any simple tasks. I need to study two different books at the same time to compare them but I can do it only on MacBook (I think everyone agrees that this is a simple task).
Giant Techs do not learn from history. Same thing that happened to Nokia and BlackBerry, can happen to Apple if they do not listen to their customers. Spending 1400$ for iPad Pro for the same thing that you can do with entry level iPad as well does not make sense. We can use Microsoft Surface for any single light task that you can do on PC computers. Apple should let iPad Pro 12.9 users to do light tasks instead of using MacBook and reserve MacBook for doing heavy tasks.
Regarding the extension on browsers, again, I believe that Apple or app developers should design their browsers to work on iPad 12.9 in the same way that they work on MacBooks. I use Mozilla extension to download videos from YouTube or any other platforms. The only browser that you can use for this purpose, unfortunately!!

That’s a good point. It is ok for one or two books but if I want to have all my books (PDFs) on Adobe or other third party apps, it takes extra 4-5 G of my storage. Hope that Apple will fix it on iOS 16!!!
