Help! Gifs play too fast iPhone 13 Max Pro

GIfS are playing way too fast on my 13 max pro. This happens across all 3rd party apps (chive, FB, etc). This has made my experience with the phone unenjoyable, frustrating and nauseating. (Had phone for 3 months)

As I’ve seen this issue documented on many apple forum posts, has this been escalated and is there a fix coming?

or do you recommend i return my phone for a non-Pro version? Seems to only be happening with the Pro’s?
