Hi,


It would help if you could mention the printer make and exact model. Also, which Mac operating system version is in use?


However, since the printer works with an iPad and an iPhone, it may be an AirPrint-enabled model (unless special apps from the printer manufacturer are used). An AirPrint printer must be connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router) as the computer (and the iPad and iPhone).


In case of difficulties with AirPrint, and if the setup is OK, you may want to try the following procedure:

Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the MacBook, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the MacBook. Finally, power on all other devices/computers.
