Siri to read certain parts of message

When a message arrives Siri tries to read the whole one whereas I'm only interested in who sent it and in which app so that I can decide if I should react or not. I will read the contents when I pull up iPhone

I believe this functionality is not available at the moment with Siri. But can I request an enhancement for my case?
