I am trying to find in my macbook where the folder is for the different people, in photos it recognises people by their faces and I want to find these folders! Please help!

Albums are contained within the Photos Library itself. Albums do not contain actual photographs - they are internal database constructs that contain the album name, information regarding which photos are associated with the album and other details that are used to "present" the album to you in Photos.
You should not directly modify, move or delete any of the content in the Photos library, as you risk corrupting the library, making it unusable.

I just checked my Photos library, which has a People album that contains subsets for 10 different people; my library also has 15-20 discrete albums that I created over time.
In the Photos Library there are no folders for any albums whatsoever. All original images are in an Originals folder; and in the Resources folder there are 10 or more .plist & .plj files that appear to be associated with albums and faces - none contain any images.
I suspect you are going to have to manually export the photos from Photos.
In People select the photo you want to know which album, right click on it and select Show in all Photos
I am trying to find the folder related to each person (as the app Photos on the Macbook can recognise peoples faces) and simply find the name and extension of the folder to copy photos from one place to another. It is for a script I have made to make a movie with each persons photos but I don't need help with the script part.
That does not work.
