Capital letters

How can I disable Mac from automatically converting names to CAPITAL LETTERS? It is annoying always pressing command + Z to go back to normal letters. Still I would like Mac to capitalize the first letter of each word. I am using MacBook Pro with Monterey 12.3.1

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3
