I took a video the other day on my camera , watched it this morning and everything was all ok could hear the sound, gone back to watch the video again and there is no sound at all. The speaker icon is in grey but with no line through it so you can’t click on it.
I have reset my phone
checked the sliders
other videos are playing sound fine it’s just this one video
any ideas how I can get the sound back ?

If it was playing sound before, that means there should still be sound on the file itself. Is this video uploaded to iCloud?
If so, check on a computer browser to see if there's sound, or try importing the video on a computer to check sound that way: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC
Make sure current videos are also still capturing sound: Record videos with your iPhone camera
If you still can't hear the sound, something may have happened to the video. There would be no way to retroactively add sound back to it other than restoring a previous version of the video file from a backup. Just remember, if you do this, your iPhone will return back to the state of when you restore the backup from: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
