iPhone Not connecting to certain Wi-Fi

MY IPAD WILL CONNECT TO WIFI ANYWHERE BUT MY IPHONE WILL NOT CONNECT to CERTAIN WIFI ? ? ?

Ex…when I’m at the fiancé’s house who has spectrum my iPhone connects then disconnects but at my home ( I have Verizon Fios) and other public places i connect just fine.

I’ve troubleshooted and tried everything reset network settings, rebooted, turn off Bluetooth, etc…

CAN ANYONE FIND THE ANSWER TO THIS CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM ?

Please ask the person who has the Router if the router has been configured to connect with only a few specific mac addresses.

Also ask to have the router rebooted by removing all power for a few seconds.

My Fiancé said he did not set it up with certain parameters that would restrict MAC addresses
