I want to add my ID to wallet and when I click the There isn’t a choice to pick a state, Arizona is already picked and I live in Arkansas. How to I get to choose issuing state Arkansas?

That’s up the the developers within the state government of Arkansas as to when (or if) they intend to implement Mobile IDs.
Apple has built the underlying infrastructure …
… but it still requires quite of lot of development and hardware at the state level to implement so as to prevent it from becoming the “Ultimate Fake ID Bazaar”
It’s NOT a simple “Scan my ID into the phone” process.
Perusal of AR’s driver’s license authority’s website might provide some more specific info.

In response to TheRealSillyBilly.. I had. The same problem then I made sure that my location settings in privacy was turned on along with every other place I could turn location on at and once I did that it automatically switched from Arizona to my home state once I logged into the wallet and got to that point in the app
