How to block number Siri found in messages

I continue to get spam text messages that are labeled “Siri found a contact.” The number is NOT IN MY CONTACTS. I always delete the text. How do I block the number?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Thanks Pactrica…I finally was able to “Delete this contact” even though it is # only…no contact.
