The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I just sent a text and it sent green then I tried to FaceTime later on and it said the contact card isn’t able to FaceTime…Does that mean I am blocked??

More likely it means that the person you called isn't able to FaceTime for some reason . See:

If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
