Iphone 12 just stopped producing sound. Won't ring, won't play a you tube video. What to do?

Make Sure your phone Software is up to date .

Firstly , Restart your phone -->Restart your iPhone - Apple Support (SG)

If it's not work

Reset all your setting to default (it's will not lose your data) --> Setting > General > Reset > Reset all Setting . It's may take may be

3 min or 4 min .

If you try all of above and still not working

Contact - Apple Support
