Cant download duo video app . It says this device not compatible. Why ?

What happens when you try to download the App? do you get an error? If so what does it say? Is the "Get" button simply not there? Then what do you see for the App exactly? An "Open" button? A cloud with an arrow? what?

Unlikely the camera has anything to do with it.
Assuming you mean the Google Duo app,
What device exactly are you trying to download it on? The iPhone 7 Plus on your tag line, should be compatible.
Also, are you trying to download it from the Apple App Store or somewhere else?
Iphone 7plus , well my camera didnt work once but i switched out the camera myself and now it works so idk if it has anything to do with that . But now my camera works fine . The reason i say this is cause when my camera wasnt working i tried downloading it but since it wasnt working i couldnt download it but now that it does i dont have that option anymore . Why ?
It simply says nothing its not highlighted its light .
What device are you trying this on? And what iOS version is it running?
