Convert HEIC format to JPG
Is there an easy way to convert Apple's disastrous HEIC format to JPG? I have to submit photos to a government agency and none of them accept the HEIC file format.

HEIC is more efficient, saves a lot of space.
But you can disable HEIC entirely, if you don't want to use it: From HEIC to JPEG - Apple Community
You can convert on iOS, too:
- Open Picture in Photos-App
- Tap Share
- Tap Copy Photo
- Open Files-App in any writable folder
- Tap on empty space and select "Paste"
The inserted file will be in jpeg format automatically.
