It is 2022...why can we not select multiple conversations for deletion in Messages?

It is not possible to mass-delete messages on Apple Watch. Of all the innovations that Apple has come up with, this is the one thing that just racks my brain. I would LOVE for someone to prove me wrong and I will admit defeat... but why is this not a thing?

Apple continuity works beautifully between Mac and iOS and iPadOS. Messages in the cloud works well too. Why can I not have the option to either have my messages synced between my devices AND WATCH, or just give me the ability to delete more than one conversation at a time? I am sooo tired of spending 30 minutes deleting conversations on my watch after I have deleted them from my phone.

TL:DR - Is there a hidden way to mass delete messages in watchOS or sync messages with iCloud and if not, WHY IS THIS NOT A THING?
