Error 1035 on TMobile

Got another SIM card, as TMobile bought Sprint. Now, my voicemail won't work.

The outgoing loop says that I am not a subscriber.

Any suggestions?

Usually this is referred to as a “sim delay.” Some of your features from your Sprint account didn’t transfer when they switched your provider to T-Mobile. This happens frequently with ports, and this is considered a port even though the company owns Sprint. Call customer support and have them reset your voicemail settings.
