My iPhone 12 music library is corrupted. The artwork for about half of the albums is that of some other album in the library.

What I would like to do is the following:

Clear all stored content on the iPhone 12 library.
Reinitialize the iPhone 12 library with fresh downloads from purchased content from my Apple Id account.

Are both of these steps possible?

If so, I need complete, detailed instructions.

My iPhone 12 is now running latest iOS: iOS 15.5, installed today at 4PM PDT.
