My iPhone 12 music library is corrupted. The artwork for about half of the albums is that of some other album in the library.

Albums Showing up Incorrectly in iOS 14 Firstly this is not through Apple Music at all. This is directly syncing music to my phone. Since the implementation of iOS 14 I've found more and more albums showing up in a bizarre fashion. I've included screenshots. As a note the Black Strobe album featured here I've had in my iTunes library for 13 years and has been on iPod's and iPhone's no problem until iOS 14. Here are screenshots to compare iOS 14 vs iTunes. I am using iTunes 12.10.9 on Windows 10 and iOS 14.0.1 on an iPhone XS but can confirm this is an issue on iPhone 11 Pro.

Wrong Album Artwork in iTunes Music on iPhone Just purchased iPhone 11. When transferring music playlists from my computer, I noticed the artwork is correct on the computer but then when downloaded on the iPhone it is incorrect. The music is correct, but the artwork is not - and not all of the artwork is wrong, just some. And it is random...Prince is now James Taylor. I have tried a few hints and ideas from online such as rebooting, transferring music in airplane mode, turning off apple music and cellular data in music app, etc. each time failing to fix the issue. Is there something else I am missing to address it? Not a huge issue but a small enough annoyance that I would like to fix. Thanks for any feedback.

What I would like to do is the following:

Clear all stored content on the iPhone 12 library.
Reinitialize the iPhone 12 library with fresh downloads from purchased content from my Apple Id account.

Are both of these steps possible?

If so, I need complete, detailed instructions.

My iPhone 12 is now running latest iOS: iOS 15.5, installed today at 4PM PDT.
